The 2024 tour unfolded under a unique set of circumstances. In the weeks leading up to the event, Tour Director Seti Afoa was hospitalised, leaving a significant gap at a critical time. Brent Thomas stepped up to take the reins and did an outstanding job managing what became the biggest tour to date, with more than 50 riders taking part in some stages.
