About the Falefā Falls Run
The Falefā Falls 10 km run is a scenic out-and-back course located in the village of Falefā, 26 km east of Apia. The run offers participants stunning views of Falefā Bay and the surrounding landscapes. The route begins at the Falefā Falls Bridge and proceeds along a quiet mountain road with minimal traffic, making it ideal for runners seeking both challenge and tranquility. The course is characterized by hilly terrain, providing a rigorous workout with rewarding downhill segments on the return leg.
Along the route, runners are treated to picturesque vistas, including views of Mount Fao at the 10 km turnaround point. The lush greenery and coastal scenery make this run one of the most beautiful courses in Samoa.
Please note that parking near the falls is managed by the local family, with a fee of $5. Facilities, including bathrooms, are available at the parking area.

7:00 - Registration
7:30 - 10 km start (only)
8:00 - 6 km & 4 km starts
Parking - at the house opposite the Falls, $5-10 payable to the family.
They will also charge for parking around the falls area.
Bathroom - at the house opposite the falls.
Travel from Apia - allow 50 mins, 1- hour to be safe.
Cancellation - only in the event of bad weather. Your prepaid fee will be
transferred to the new date or another running event.
