For all O Swim NZ & Samoa Events & Swims activities.

Please read and by completing this registration form you agree to the terms below:

1) I understand that taking part in this event involves risks such as injury, illness, or worse.
2) I will only take part if I believe I am fit, healthy, and have trained properly. I accept full responsibility for my health and safety during the event.
3)I have no health conditions that could put me at risk. If I do, I will get medical clearance before competing.
4)I understand the organisers will have safety measures in place, but these do not guarantee my safety.
5) I agree that the organisers are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur.
6) I give permission for my name and photos from the event to be used online and in promotions.
7) My entry is non-transferable and non-refundable (as outlined in the Refund Policy).
8) I will follow all event rules and instructions from organisers.
9) I understand the event format may change or be cancelled due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen reasons.
10) Under age participants require parental or guardian permission to participate in all events.
