HQ is at the lovely Le Uaina Resort, a few kms from the two swim sites.

15 or 10KM - Monday 3 August
Venue, Saoluafata Harbour, 20kms East of Apia
Course, 2.5kms x 4
Feature, Sheltered harbour, suitable for all weather

8am start for 15km
9.30am start for 10km

Mandatory feeding after every 2.5kms / lap

You need one of these for the 5km Open water deep blue swim. No swim buoy no swim.

Two waves, fast wave starts 30m later

Alternative Course is the Falefa Falls course - that will be a 6.30am start.

Mandatory, visible personal swim float / buoy

No padded shorts or body suit

Mandatory feeding every 2.5kms for the 10km swim

Total time over two distanes over two days

$350 NZD for 10 & 5km
$450 NZD for 15 & 5km

Cannot touch support vessel

Mandatory to have a swim buoy / tow float in the 5km swim.
