Please read this acknowledgment, waiver and release from liability carefully before completing your online entry:
Terms of Participation, and Waiver:
I understand that participating in this event carries inherent risks, including injury or death from various causes such as overexertion, medical issues, hypothermia, dehydration, and more.

I will only compete if I have trained properly and believe I am fit and healthy for the event.

I accept all risks associated with my participation and release event organisers from any liability, including negligence, for injuries or damages.

I confirm that I have no pre-existing health issues that could endanger me during the event.

Safety measures by the Organisers are provided but not a guarantee of safety.

I consent to the use of my name and images from the event on Social Media platforms and the event website.

My registration is non-transferable and non-refundable as per the Refund Policy.

I agree to follow all race rules and event Organizer's directions.

I accept potential event format changes due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.

The event may be cancelled for reasons beyond the Organiser's control.

I certify that I'm 18 or older, or my legal guardian has agreed if I'm under 18 years of age.

I understand that event entry fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters impacting the event's safety.

I have read and accept the terms and conditions for the chosen event U18 waiver - I give permission for my child U18yrs of age to participate in this event under Race rules and conditions as specified.

Please note - The responsibility is on you to enter Events in keeping with your health. If you have an existing conditions that may impact your participation in sports in your chosen event you should first seek medical clearance and advice before participating. Samoa Events reserves the right to refuse entry on medical grounds for safety reasons.
