Monday 18 August Day 1 - 100 km, 2 stages
Stage 1: Apia to Lalomanu 
Stage 2: Lalomanu to Sinalei
6 am - Start at Tanoa Tusitala Hotel 
Neutral stage, to Falefā Falls 26 km 
Stage 1, Falefā ​Falls to Taufua Beach Fales, Lalomanu 34 km, Map
Stage 2, Lalomanu to Sinalei 40 km

5:30 pm - Results & Briefing for the next day
Dinner - Dine in or Out 
7 pm - Bag drop, bags not going on tour will be locked away tonight.

Tuesday 19 August Day 2
5:30 am, Stage 1, Apia to Ferry (Mulifanua) via inland 38 km, Map 
8 am, Ferry to Salelologa, 1hr 15min
​10 am, Breakfast at Lusia’s Lagoon Chalets
11 am, Stage 2 to Manase, Tanu Beach Fales, Map
- Brief stop at Amoa Resort, 14 km
- Racing stage to Fagamalo, 35 km
