SSS 1


Manono Island

Distances: 3.7 km / 2 km / 1 km

Point to point swims. Finishes on Manono island. Option for lunch and a 6 km walk around the island. Includes a school visit at the end of the swim.

Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa

Distances: 2 km / 4 km / 1 km
Course: Mulivai beach to Sinalei.

Includes buffet lunch on the Sinalei pier at the end of this swim.

Pacific Open Water Challenge

What is the Pacific Open Water Challenge? 

This series is involves two swims, 10 km and 5 km. The P.O.W.C. series takes place two days before SSS. In 2025, the 10 km is on July 22nd and the 5 km is on July 23rd. 

Can I participate in the P.O.W.C.? 
Yes you can participate in the official P.O.W.C. which is two races on consecutive days. 

Can I swim just the 5 km (or 10 km)? 
Yes you can.
